THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 6 MONTHS DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR THE SECONDMENT POSITION, YOU MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM YOUR CURRENT LINE MANAGER PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR THIS POST.   

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated experienced administrator to work as part of the GP Out of Hours team, the post holder will provide full administrative support to the team in order to deliver the strategic objectives.

To manage diaries resolving conflicting diary appointments, organise meetings, prepare meeting papers and take minutes of meetings.

To source and provide information when required, to include report collation.

To be the first point of contact, this may extend to other internal and external stakeholders.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
